I am a licensed Arizona Therapist offering in Person and Virtual sessions. Our office is located in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix for those who prefer in Person sessions and Virtual Sessions to anyone residing in the state of Arizona.
Individual Psychotherapy
45-55 minute sessions.

Various groups are offered at different times. Please check for availability and scheduling
8-week group on self-compassion for women in recovery. Registrations required
8-week closed improv group for therapists with the improv therapy group.
Tele-Mental health and In Person sessions are available to all Arizona residents. As we navigate new norms in the healthcare field Tele-Mental health has become extremely popular due to the health safety precautions, relocations / remote work, and busy schedules that may not allow for in person visits. Whether you reside in the Phoenix Area, Tucson, or anywhere else in the state, our door and services are open to you.

Typical Questions Setting Up Your First Appointment
I am an out-of-network provider for insurance companies, I do not bill insurance. Fee for service is due at the time of sessions. However, insurance options may be available.
Many insurance plans have out-of-network benefits, meaning you could get potential reimbursement for your sessions. The caveat to this is you the the full out-of-pocket rate per session at the time of service, then I provide you with a superbill at the end of the month for you to submit to your insurance company. Before starting services, I encourage you to call your insurance company to verify out-of-network benefits to inquire about coverage.

The initial intake session is $200, all following sessions are $175 for your 55-minute appointment.
