What is Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy sessions can be a conjunction to primary counseling if you are already working with a psychotherapist, they can be a stand alone therapeutic service meaning that you don’t need to be currently working with a therapist, or we can work together combining traditional talk therapy with somatic yoga practices.
Where we practice Yoga Therapy
Currently we provide In Person classes in our main office in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona.
We also provide Virtual services to those across the United States and Canada.
