8-week yoga therapy group for individuals in addiction recovery from substances and/or behaviors (food, sex and love, gambling/shopping, etc). Individuals must have 90 days of continuous sobriety if addiction is substance-related. Class is on Monday’s from 6pm -7:30pm starting April 1, 2019. 8-week group on self-compassion for women in recovery. Registration required.
Individual yoga sessions, 50-90 minutes.
Group yoga classes and workshops, for example, yoga for anxiety, yoga for depression, trauma-informed yoga, and yoga for addiction recovery.
